What should I expect during my first visit to the clinic? Is there anything I need to do to prepare?
To help us serve you better, please bring your driver’s license, insurance card/information, a list of current medications, and any known allergies. At your first visit, we will review your medical history and perform an exam. If a procedure is necessary or desired, we will provide you with additional instructions.
